1. SHIPPING
UTT Trading endeavors to ship all packages out within 24-72 business hours of purchase.
From time to time however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal.
If this happens, you will be notified. On occasion we may also call you, either for notification on a product you ordered or to check your delivery and payment information.
You may also be contacted previous to shipping if there is a problem with your information such as your e-mail address.
2. PAYMENT
- Items can be either self-collect or sent by registered or
non-registered local mail
2.1 Self -
Collection
- For Self - Collection, Buyer please opt to do either of the
following:
a) Weekday Operating Hours :
Mon - Sat (Closed on Sunday) 12pm - 7pm
Designated Collection Points:
2.2 Local Delivery
- For request of local delivery to any MRT station besides the designated
collection points, a flat surcharge of $10.00 will be levied.
2.3 Postal Delivery
- Items for postage will be sent by SINGPOST.
- For non-Registered local mail, we will
not be responsible for Lost Mail.
- It is recommended to use Registered local mail.
- Payment can be done using Interbank Transfer.
- Item will be shipped out within the same day or within the next
working day once payment is received.
* All
postal charges is subjected by SingPost, and it is subjected to change
with any notifications.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Accept T/T transfer to our Singapore POSB / DBS Bank
- The postage will be paid by the bidder. Thus, please check with me
on the postage before bidding.
4. NOTE
UTT Trading offers products for IT personnel's and computer enthusiasts.
We will not responsible for your CPU or other hardware.
UTT is not liable for any consequential damages.
Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
UTT Trading liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us.
Use of our products happens at your own risk.
