1. 14-Days Defect-Free Guarantee - UTT Trading guarantees that all our products are new. Should there be any defective item that you have received, please refer to our RETURN POLICY.

2. Shipping Charges. All items shipped locally will be sent out by using SingPost. All delivery charges will be charged according to the postal charges set by SingPost.  For International Delivery, we charge according to the fees imposed by delivery/courier service providers (e.g. SpeedPost, UPS, Fedex....etc.) No additional handling fees will be added by UTT Trading.

3. Payment. For Local Payment, we prefer Cash-On-Delivery. Electronic payments can be effected via Interbank Transfer or Paypal. For International Payments, currently we only accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Paypal only.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality. UTT Trading treats our customers' privacy seriously. All customers'  information will be treated in strict confidence.

5. Credit Card Information. Never send your credit card number and verification numbers over email.

6. Orders Cancellation. Cancellation is not accepted after 24 hours on the orders made, should you wish to cancel your orders. You may reply to yslow@iutt.com or call: (65) 96466439 to cancel the order immediately.

7. Order Rejection. UTT Trading reserves the right to refuse any payment, cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount should it discover that the buyer is not serious in buying the product(s) ordered.
