1. OUR RETURN POLICY
You may return items sold by Iutt.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund upon these conditions:
  • The item does not perform as specified
  • The item is defective
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the item sent is a result of our error.

We will issue partial refunds for the return of certain items on these conditions:

  • Any product that is returned after more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts
2. RECEIVED A DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If the item you received has a damaged or defective part, we will replace the item for you.

3. MANUFACTURER's WARRANTY
All manufacturers' warranty apply to the respective manufacturer. After your purchase all warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer, (unless otherwise stated).
4. AFTER 14-DAYS GRACE PERIOD
We endeavour all our items to have a 14-day one-to-one exchange upon confirmation of defective or damaged goods. After the 14-days grace period, all defective items will be directed to their respective service centres for repairs/exchange.
