iUTT.com online store has compiled a series of questions and put it into an FAQ.


Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) for Singapore Orders. For international orders, we only accept Telegraphic Transfer only.

P.S: We will not entertain all other sorts of payment besides the listed above methods

Question: How long do you take to deliver the products to me?

Answer: We do not cater to doorstep delivery for purchases less than $1000 on a single receipt.. However, for customers whom have purchased $1000 and above in a single receipt, arrangements will be made for free delivery.

Question: Are your prices listed with GST?

Answer: Yes, We are a GST registered company, thus all prices shown are NET (Inclusive of GST).

Question: I have placed an order on your website, why I have not received an email confirmation?

Answer: You will always receive a confirmation email from us when you create an account, order a product, or your order status has been updated. If you fail to receive an email from us then please log into your account and check the email address that you have provide to us. Sometimes Junk Mail filters may send our email to a separate folder or delete it before you can even read it. If you are unsure of this, then you can email to us at yslow@iutt.com to confirm your orders and help us figure out why you did not receive our email.

Question: Will anybody from your company call me after my online order?

Answer: Yes, once you have completed your online order, our staff will contact you (Monday - Fridays, except Weekends & Public Holidays) either by E-mail, Fax or Telephone.

Question: Will you share my information with anyone else?

Answer: No, any information that you entrust us stay with us. It will never be shared with a third party. For more information please see our privacy notice.

Question: Who owns and maintains the store?

Answer: UTT Trading has set up, maintains and own this online store. We are a registered company in Singapore. Our registration number is 53007424M and GST Registration Number: M90201181L.

Question: I have a question or problem that is not answered here, what do I do?

Answer: You can sent any enquiries through our <CONTACT US form>.

Question: What are your customer service hours?

Answer: Our customer service is available by phone. You can contact us at HP:

(Monday - Fridays 9am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 6 pm, except weekends and Public Holidays)

Question: Where are the places that I can self-collect from?

Answer: You can collect at the following points:

  • Monday - Friday (5pm - 7pm) @ 5B Mayo Street (Opposite Sim Lim Tower along Jalan Besar Road)
